REIT II now consists of total assets valued in excess of $550 Million including select service hotels under the Marriott, Hilton, and Hyatt Brands located in major metropolitan markets in the East Coast, West Coast, and Sunbelt regions. With the Follow On offering, REIT II will continue to expand its portfolio, providing more diversification to its investors- who, along the way, should continue to enjoy an industry-leading distribution.
